Currency: Prices will be
quoted in
Pound Sterling or in your local currency on request, payments can be
made in Euros, Pounds sterling or US dollars. (Your credit card providers will charge the order in your local billing
currency)
VAT will be charged on all sales to
residents of the EU making personal purchases. If a valid EU VAT number is provided
at the time of ordering, goods will be shipped to non-UK residents of the EU net of VAT.
All purchases made by customers outside the EU are charged less VAT.
Duties & Local Taxes: Purchasers are
responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination
country. An invoice is provided with all goods shipped.
Shipping/Carriage: Prices
quoted will includes Vat & delivery "to the front door of your
house". Most deliveries will be made
within 5-6 weeks. Fitting, weekend or world wide deliveries can be arrange on request.
Damage in Transit: We are
not responsible for damage which occurs after goods leave our premises in the hands of
postal or courier services etc. If you do receive damaged goods, please retain all
relevant documentation so that an insurance claim can be made against the carrier's
insurers. If you receive a battered parcel, note the fact on the delivery note, even
before you open the package to examine the contents. If you are unable to open the damaged
package in the presence of the carrier, make sure that you sign for it as "Damaged
package; goods not yet inspected" or similar to warn the carrier that a claim may
be forthcoming.
Returns and Refunds: We are regrettably unable to accept any product returns
from the Milanobedding collection as all the products are made to order, to
our customers specifications.
Payment & Retention of
Title: Under normal circumstances, goods must be paid for prior to dispatch. If, for
any reason, goods are shipped prior to clearance of payments, title in the goods shipped
belongs to Bonbon Trading UK until payment in full for the goods is received by us.
Confidentiality: We undertake to exercise
all reasonable precautions to keep information supplied to us by customers strictly
confidential. We do never supply mailing information to third parties.
Applicable Law and Courts of Jurisdiction:
All transactions undertaken through this website are governed by English Law and any legal
actions arising out of such transactions shall be subject to the English Legal processes
and under the jurisdiction of English Courts.
These
conditions do not supersede statutory rights under the Sale of Goods acts but
are designed to clarify the principles and
procedures by which we operate.
