AIR, WATER, HIGH TECHNOLOGY POLYMERS, LATEX: four components featuring a new comfort performance. The new material which has been studied for quality mattresses and upholstery: the perfect synergy between nature and technology improves comfort and rest respecting the environment. The use of water and air in the expansion process has allowed the elimination of harmful chemicals expanding materials: a choice of guaranteed and certified seriousness, result of experience and advanced technologies. The natural Latex is produced by the lymph of the "Hevea Brasiliensis", a tree growing in Asia and in South America. To guarantee high and long-lasting performance, Polylattex has been tested with 75.000 compression cycles.

Um die hohen Leistungen auf Zeit zu garantieren wurden entsprechende Tests im Prüflabor durchgeführt mit 75.000 Touren Druckbelastung.

Specifications

The viscoelastic low resilience foam has been engineered and performed for the aerospace industry for the positioning of astronauts, with the aim of obtaining the maximum distribution of the compression load in static and dynamic conditions. The viscoelastic low resilience material is self-shaping: this property allows distributing the body weight uniformly on the whole surface, avoiding some parts being overweighted. Bones prominence benefit by this property, which avoids the localization of pression, first source of sores rising. The L.R. viscoelastic foam comes back to the original shape even after heavy and long term pression and assures a correct body posture: a mattress made with this material assures a correct spine positioning, a right support to the lumbosacral zone and an effective antidecubitus prevention. The L.R. foam, with its completely open cells, assures a comfort and well-being feeling and helps perspiration and tissue metabolism. ( Thermosensitive material: stiffening is normal with low temperature).

La schiuma viscoelastica a bassa resilienza è stata progettata per l'industria aerospaziale per il posizionamento degli astronauti, con lo scopo di ottenere la massima distribuzione del carico in condizioni statiche e dinamiche. Il materiale viscoelastico a bassa resilienza è automodellante: questa proprietà consente di distribuire uniformemente il peso corporeo su tutta la superficie, evitando che alcune parti siano gravate da carico eccessivo. Le prominenze ossee beneficiano di questa proprietà che evita la localizzazione della pressione, fonte primaria dell'insorgere di piaghe. La schiuma viscoelastica L.R. ritorna alla forma originale anche a seguito di gravose compressioni di lunga durata e garantisce una corretta postura del corpo: il materasso in tale schiuma assicura un corretto posizionamento della colonna vertebrale, un giusto sostegno alla zona lombosacrale ed un efficace azione preventiva anti-decubito. L'espanso L.R. completamente a cellule aperte, assicura una notevole sensazione di comodità e benessere e facilita la traspirazione cutanea ed il metabolismo tessutale. (Materiale termosensibile: un irrigidimento a basse temperature è normale).

La mousse viscoélastique à basse résilience a été conçue et réalisée pour l'industrie aérospatiale pour le positionement des astronautes, dans le but d'obtenir la distribution de la charge maximale en conditions statiques et dynamiques. Le matériel viscoélastique à basse résilience est auto moulant: cette propriété permet de distribuer uniformement le poids corporel sur toute la surface en évitant que certaines parties subissent des charges excessives. Les proéminences osseuses bénéficient de cette propriété qui évite la localisation de la pression, cause primordiale de l'apparition de plaies. La mousse viscoélastique L.R. retourne à sa forme originelle même après de lourdes compressions de longue durée et garantit une posture correcte du corps: le matelas, grâce à cette mousse, assure une mise en place correcte de la colonne vertébrale, un soutien parfait de la zone sacro lombaire et une action préventive efficace anti décubitus. L'expansé L.R. complètement à cellules ouvertes, assure une sensation considérable de confort et de bien-être et facilite la transpiration cutanée et le métabolisme des tissus. (Matériel thermosensible, un durcissement a basse température est normal).

Das Material Viscoschaum wurde für die Raumfahrtindustrie,insbesondere  für die Astronauten entwickelt und realisiert mit dem Ziel eine optimale statische und dynamische Lastverteilung zu erreichen. Der Viscoschaum ist selbstmodellierend: diese Eigenschaft ermöglicht eine gleichmässige Verteilung des Körpergewichts auf die ganze Oberfläche. Es lässt sich hierdurch vermeiden, dass einzelne  Stellen übermässig belastet werden. Empfindliche Körperpartien werden durch diese Eigenschaft vor Druck bewahrt, der primärer Auslöser von Beschwerden ist. Viscoschaum L.R. kehrt in seine ursprüngliche Form zurück selbst nach lang andauernder schwerer Druckbelastung und ermöglicht eine optimale Körperanpassung: Die Matratze mit diesem Schaum gewährt eine korrekte Haltung der Wirbelsäule, die richtige Stütze des Lendenwirbelbereichs und  bietet eine wirksame Vorbeugung gegen Wundliegen ( Decubitus). L.R.-Schaum besteht aus  offenen Zellen und  gewährleistet eine äusserstes Gefühl von Komfort und Wohlbefinden; ausserdem wird der Gewebestoffwechsel angeregt. ( Wärmeempfindliches Material: eine Versteifung bei niederen Termperaturen ist normal).
